A breathtaking depiction of one of Lord Hanuman's most celebrated feats — carrying the entire Dronagiri mountain through the sky to save Lakshmana's life. When Lakshmana was struck by Indrajit's Shakti weapon during the Battle of Lanka, only the Sanjeevani herb from the Himalayas could save him. Hanuman flew northward at incredible speed, but unable to identify the specific herb, he uprooted the entire mountain and carried it back to Lanka before sunrise. His muscular saffron body soars through dramatic sunset clouds, the golden mace (gada) in one hand and the lush mountain in the other. The Himalayan peaks below underscore the enormous scale of this divine act. This iconic scene from the Ramayana represents Hanuman's boundless devotion, superhuman strength, and willingness to move mountains — literally — for those he loves.
