Holi is the festival of colors, celebrated across India in March. The night before, Holika Dahan bonfires symbolize the triumph of good over evil. On the main day, people throw colored powder (gulal) and water at each other, dance, and feast. Holi is especially associated with the divine love of Radha and Krishna in Vrindavan and Mathura.
