Guru Nanak Dev Ji (1469-1539) is the founder of Sikhism and the first of the ten Sikh Gurus. Born in Talwandi (now Nankana Sahib, Pakistan), he traveled across India, the Middle East, and Central Asia on four great journeys, spreading his message of one God (Ik Onkar), equality of all people, honest living, and sharing with others. His most famous declaration -- "There is no Hindu, there is no Muslim" -- challenged the religious divisions of his time and laid the foundation for a faith now practiced by 30 million worldwide. Our wallpapers depict Guru Nanak with his eternal companions Bhai Bala and Bhai Mardana, in meditation, teaching, and his childhood years.
